Check My Usage
If you have the Call History add-on, use these steps to get insights into your usage and call history.
Usage history
Review line usage
- Log in to My Account online, select the My Account drop-down menu.
- Select Account History.
- From the History screen, select the line from the drop-down list if applicable, then select Usage History to expand the menu.
- Review details, then select Usage History again to close the menu.
Call history
Check call history
- Log in to My Account online, select the My Account drop-down menu.
- Select Account History.
- From the History screen, seleact the line from the drop-down if applicable, then select Call History to expand the menu.
- Enter the desired date range, review the details. Without the Call Detail add on, details will not be displayed.
- To download, select Download Call History.
- Select Call History again to close the menu.
Call history details
- Access call records for usage within the past 90 days.
- Search by date, if needed.
- We recommend using a computer to download call detail history.
